✨Original Content
All my lessons are created especially for my students. I do not use other resources in my lessons because I believe my students need (and deserve) personalised content and activities. Therefore, all my resources are unique and original. You won't find them anywhere else!
✨Support and Encouragement
I am experienced in creating personalised lessons for students with a range of needs. I can provide rigorous academic challenge for Gifted and Talented students; supportive strategies for students with Additional Learning Needs; or mindfulness techniques for students who need tailored emotional support.
✨Engaging Lessons
I believe learning should be fun and engaging. I create warm, nurturing environments where students feel safe, secure and confident. Although I ensure progress is achieved in every lesson, I encourage fun and laughter as I believe students make more progress when they are enjoying their learning.
✨Marking and Feedback
All students are provided with an individual Google Drive folder where I upload and mark their weekly homework tasks. I add my feedback using a Google Drive document which allows both students and parents/carers to track progress. In addition, I create and share termly reports for students in Year 4 and Year 5.
✨Considered Schedule
I leave time between all my sessions to give students (and parents/carers) the chance to speak to me at the end of the lesson. Likewise, my flexible, considered schedule means there are no abrupt endings to my lessons as I don't need to sign off immediately for another class.
✨Keeping Connected Between Sessions

I keep my classes small to ensure I can comprehensively track the progress of all the students. I allow a maximum of 10 students in a group.
I use Zoom to deliver my sessions. In addition, all students are provided with an individual Google Drive folder for use in class and for independent learning tasks.
I create all my own resources to ensure your child receives original content in each session. I do not use existing workbooks in my sessions, although I can recommend books for additional study.

How do I book my first class?
I track progress through a combination of answers in class, independent learning tasks and completing regular exam papers. I am adept at identifying target areas and planning lessons to address any gaps.
Absolutely. I have a collaborative approach to tutoring so I will communicate with you regularly and share any target areas. I will also let you know when your child is performing well! :-)
